Nintendo has announced that the next Super Mario Galaxy Movie Nintendo Direct will broadcast next week, on Monday 9 March.
This will be made available to watch on Nintendo’s regional YouTube channels at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 9pm GMT / 10pm CST.
“Join us on Monday, Mar 9, at 2pm PT for the Nintendo Direct featuring the final trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie,” Nintendo of America confirmed on social media. “Please note that no game information will be included in this presentation.”
The film stars Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Benny Safdie as Bowser Jr., Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, and Brie Larson as Rosalina.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie will be released in theatres in the United States “and many additional markets globally” from Wednesday 1 April 2026. It will be released in Japan on 24 April 2026, and in other select territories throughout April.
