Team17 and Mouldy Toof Studios have announced that The Escapists: Complete Edition will release on Nintendo Switch, the award-winning sandbox prison-escape game.
It breaks out on the portable home console with 15 prisons for you to escape from and all downloadable content thrown in, whether that be Alcatraz, Escape Team, Duct Tapes are Forever, Santa’s Sweatshop or Fhurst Peak Correctional Facility – which has never previously been released on console.
The predecessor to The Escapists 2, you must work around a strict prison schedule and avoid the guards to make your escape.
You will need cash to fund your plans, which you can earn from prisons jobs like working in the laundry, metal shop or kitchen, or as a janitor, tailor or gardener.
And then you can use your hard-earned money to barter for tools and crafting supplies, necessary to craft cutters, shovels, sheet ropes or even weapons. But, make sure to find a good place to hide your stash in case there’s a cell shakedown.
The Escapists: Complete Edition will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2018.
