Sprixie Princess rallies to victory in Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash

With Bowser Jr. and Dry Bowser recently revealed as playable characters in in Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, Nintendo has now shared that Sprixie Princess will be joining them.

The fairy-like creature first appeared in Wii U exclusive Super Mario 3D World, where the Green Sprixie Princess told Mario that Bowser had captured the other six Sprixie Princesses before the Mushroom Kingdom villain appeared to trap her in a bottle as well.

Nintendo has shared that amiibo are compatible with the Wii U exclusive, with Nintendo 64’s Mario Tennis a available as a digital bonus in Europe.

Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash will release exclusively for Wii U in Europe and North America on November 20th.
