Aksys Games and Experience Inc. have announced that Spirit Hunter: Death
Mark II is coming to Nintendo Switch in “late February 2024.”
In this third entry in the Spirit Hunter series, Kazuo Yashiki returns to H City to investigate supernatural occurrences at Konoehara Academy.
The developer has continued to draw on Japanese myths and folklore to create “an immersive and nuanced tale of terror.”
Fans can expect old faces to return to aid Yashiki in his quest, with a 2D side-scrolling mode offering a new way to explore locations. You will need to be ready for when a spirit attacks, as crucial mistakes will mean certain death.
Those who purchase the game’s standard edition from the Aksys Online Store will receive an exclusive 14-track original soundtrack CD, while stocks last.
Spirit Hunter: Death Mark II will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in late February 2024.
