SEGA allow you to experience Sanzaru Games’ take on their iconic blue blur’s adventures early, with a Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal demo now available through the Nintendo eShop.
The Nintendo 3DS exclusive, a standalone counterpart to Wii U’s Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, will see Amy kidnapped by the new lizard-like villain after she discovers a manuscript which details the whereabouts of a Lost Crystal of Power. Sonic will join forces with Tails, Knuckles and Sticks as they look to rescue Amy, in classic 2D side-scrolling platformer style.
Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS across North America on November 11th, and in Europe on November 21st.

The Pokémon Company and Game Freak have released a software update for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, which now sees each game on version 1.3.0.
