The Pokémon Trading Card Game Online is now available on Android tablet, allowing players to compete against friends and opponents from around the world.

This comes long after the digital experience first saw release on iPad, and after it a Beta version arrived on Android early last month.

The free app can now be downloaded on Google Play, and comes packed with the chance to firstly learn from the in-game tutorial, build decks with their digital card collection and enter online tournaments.

Those new to Pokémon TCG Online will receive four free digital decks, with the chance to earn additional cards in both player-versus-computer and player-versus-player battles. You can compete using all recent Pokémon TCG expansions, with XY-Fates Collide having released earlier this month.

As always, those that buy physical theme decks, booster packs and other Pokémon TCG products will receive a code card that can be redeemed to unlock digital cards in Pokémon TCG Online.

Pokémon TCG Online is available for PC, Mac, iPad, iPad mini and Android, is available in 12 languages, and allows players to battle against others regardless of their chosen platform.
