The Pokémon Company International has announced that Pokémon Trading Card Game Online is now available on Android tablet devices.

Serebii reports that the Android tablet version is an open beta test, with a public launch coming later in the year.

Built with the Unity engine, the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online was initially a browser-only game before it saw release on Windows, OS X, and iPad.

Those wanting to play on their Android tablet are required to be running Android OS 4.0 or later, and be at least 13 years old. You will use your Pokémon Trainer Club account to sign in, and can take on other players online regardless of which platform they are playing on.

With development continuing, The Pokémon Company International encourage you to share feedback in a special group at the official Pokémon TCG Online forums to help shape the game.

Those wishing to participate in the open beta can download the app for their Android tablet by heading to Google Play.
