This week’s Nintendo Direct brought news that Wii U exclusive Mario Maker has been gently nudged back to September, although that’s a far more significant month for the company’s reliable plumber.
This year marks Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary, the long-adored NES classic having first launched in Japan way back on 13th September 1985. Nintendo will celebrate such occasion with “various activities” throughout the year, and intricate level creator toolkit Mario Maker will form part of that.
Mario Maker will launch exclusively for Wii U this September.
