Apricorn Recipes For Pokémon Sword And Shield’s Isle Of Armor Expansion

The Apricorn that you collect on the Isle of Armor can be used with the Cram-o-matic for rare Poké Ball recipes in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield.

The Expansion Pass has introduced the quirky device, which is located in the lounge area in the Master Dojo where Mustard is playing on his Nintendo Switch.

Once you give Hyde the 500 Watts that he needs to activate the Cram-o-matic, you will be able to use his “very own brilliant take on recycling” that he describes as being “the invention of the century.”

Hyde even goes as far as to tease that if you put four of the Apricorns that grown on the Isle of Armor, you may even get a rare Poké Ball.

These Apricorns can either be shaken down from Berry Trees or there is a girl who will randomly appear that will exhange 100 Watts with you for four Apricorns.

The Poké Balls that you get from recycling Apricorns are somewhat determined by random chance, but you can influence this based on the colour of Apricorn that you use.

The more that you use of a certain colour, the higher chance you have that it will produce a particular Poké Ball. For example, using four Blue Apricorns will increase your chance of creating a Dive Ball, Lure Ball or Net Ball. Whereas Yellow Apricorn boost your chances of generating a Moon Ball or Quick Ball.
