It is hard to miss the Archaic Legwear as you exit the Room of Awakening in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK), but, if you don’t want Link to run around half-naked for the rest of your adventure, where can you get the matching Archaic Tunic? We’re here to help.
How to get the Archaic Tunic in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
As with the Archaic Legwear, the Archaic Tunic can be found in the prologue area – the Great Sky Island. It is west of your starting location in the Pondside Cave, a location that you will discover as you wander through either its western (0165, -1633, 1378) or eastern (0266, -1556, 1364) entrances.
There is little else interesting in this dilapidated tunnel aside from the treasure chest that the Archaic Tunic can be found in, with Brightbloom Seeds lining the walls, Keese napping on the ceiling above you and some ore deposits that you can give a tremendous whack to reward you with Flint, Amber, Rock Salt and possibly a Ruby.
It is the Archaic Tunic that will be the main reward for your Pondside Cave-related curiosity though, and, with that, you will have added Link’s first complete armor set to your collection.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
