Yoshi’s Woolly World flutter jumps to North America on October 16th

Europe will be unravelling Yoshi’s Woolly World next week, but today’s Nintendo Digital Event shared when those across the pond can craft their own adventure.

You can look forward to exploring a world completely made out of yarn, felt and other fabrics and textiles. As Yoshi, tugging strings will uncover new secrets while transformations will allow you to temporarily turn into a motorcycle, mole, umbrella and airplane.

We know that amiibo will unlock new patterns for Yoshi, whereas the Yarn Yoshi amiibo will let you control two Yoshis at the same time. Woolly World is also the first-ever two-player co-operative Yoshi game, and is supported by a Mellow Mode to ease the difficulty for newcomers.

Yoshi’s Woolly World launches exclusively for Wii U in Europe on June 26th, and in North America on October 16th.
