Skybound Games and Mega Cat Studios have confirmed a release date for WrestleQuest, which is coming to Nintendo Switch.
In this RPG adventure, you play as a young wrestling hopeful who, inspired by icons such as the legendary “Macho Man” Randy Savage, is on his journey to becoming an all-time great. He will need to immerse himself in the world of professional wrestling, as he sets out to powerbomb, slam and suplex his way to the top.
With the chance to meet and interact with a licensed roster of iconic wrestling legends such as “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Booker T, Andre The Giant, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Diamond Dallas Page, Jeff Jarrett and many more, you will engage in classic turn-based RPG combat that mixes real-time action with tactical choices as you wrestle through the game’s storyline.
“WrestleQuest is a celebration of wrestling, the wrestling community and the wrestlers themselves, so the team at Mega Cat are incredibly proud of the roster of legends that agreed to join our game,” explains Mega Cat Studios founder James Deighan. “Seeing so many of our wrestling heroes come to life in WrestleQuest is truly an honour. And our new trailer highlights the talent that players will meet in the game from the Road Warriors to Sgt Slaughter. But fans should be prepared for some big surprises too.”
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:

WrestleQuest will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 8 August 2023.
