Dotemu has confirmed a release date for Windjammers 2, which is coming to Nintendo Switch early next year.
This sequel to the original fast-paced head-to-head arcade game blends of sports, fighting games, and 90s style, players are challenged to throw discs at their opponent’s goal zone in order to score points.
In the legendary power disc-throwing game, competitors can use new jumps, smashes, and slapshots while giving their all on the court.
With robust single-player modes and enhanced online multiplayer modes, rewarding competition awaits whether you choose to hone your disc-craft offline or against others from around the world.
Windjammers 2 will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 20th January 2022. Physical editions will be made available with Limited Run Games in the United States and Pix’n’Love for Europe.
