Wales Interactive and Brainseed Factory have announced that Typoman will release on Nintendo Switch, the award-winning puzzle platformer in which players wield the power of words to alter the world around them.

As a character made from letters struggling to make their way through a dark and hostile world, you have a powerful gift in being able to craft words that will have an effect on the environment. But be careful, as the words you choose can either be a blessing or a curse.

“We’ve been following Typoman for quite some time, ever since Brainseed Factory and Wales Interactive featured together on the Nintendo stand at Gamescom 2015,” explains Wales Interactive co-founder and managing director David Banner.

“We admired the creativity and originality that the game possesses and we’re thrilled to now be publishing the game on Switch. Originally released on Wii U, we can’t wait to bring Typoman to the new generation of Nintendo console this February.”

Brainseed Factory CEO and founder Bilal Chbib, adds: “I would like to emphasize that we feel right at home with Typoman at Nintendo, and we are very happy to be working with Wales Interactive on the Switch version!”

Typoman will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on February 22nd, with a 20 percent pre-order discount now available.
