Santa Ragione and Lorenzo Redaelli have confirmed that Milky Way Prince: The Vampire Star will release on Nintendo Switch.

This visual novel explores intimacy, idealization, and abusive relationships, where, after a chance encounter, the starry-eyed Nuki falls head over heels for the brooding and mysterious Sune.

The dysfunctional relationship that develops between the two young men creates an emotional whirlwind thanks to their intense psychological demons and complicated histories.

You will be able to focus Nuki’s senses to guide the experience, learning more about his troubled boyfriend while contending with the discoveries that you make.

This will explore topics such as idealisation, submission, boundaries and self-worth, with there being a consequence for every decision that will lead you to one of multiple endings.

“Santa Ragione always seeks to create games that both challenge and enlighten players and Milky Way Prince felt like a perfect fit for us to expand upon our mission as a studio,” explains Santa Ragione co-founder and studio director Pietro Righi Riva. “We hope Milky Way Prince leaves everyone as captivated by Lorenzo’s touching story as when it first caught our eyes.”

Milky Way Prince: The Vampire Star will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2020.
