It was last month that Saturnine Games shared that they would be bringing Turtle Tale to Wii U, and we’ve now been treated to the first screenshots that show it in action.
Indie developer Ed Di Geronimo Jr. had previously shared that he had found the console “really, really easy to develop for”, and that is certainly well represented below through particularly sharp, sumptous visuals.
As for when it can be expected, the game’s 3DS counterpart has been approved by Nintendo of America and will shortly receive a release date, whilst still going through the motions with Nintendo of Europe. The Wii U version doesn’t seem like it will be too far behind either, hopefully being submitted for approval by the end of this month.
