The Pokémon Company International has shared a new trailer for Detective Pikachu Returns, which is out on Nintendo Switch next month.
You will once again have the chance to team up with the tough-talking, coffee-loving Pikachu in this sequel to the original Nintendo 3DS game, in which you will be able to discover the great detective’s origins.
With help from many other Pokémon, Tim Goodman and Detective Pikachu must work together to unravel a series of mysterious incidents across Ryme City – where Pokémon and people continue to live side-by-side.
The trailer also explains that you will be able to work with other Pokémon to uncover the truth, whether that be following scents with Growlithe, smashing rocks with Darmanitan or peering through walls with Luxray.
Detective Pikachu Returns will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 6 October 2023.
