Swords And Soldiers II Shawarmageddon Marches Into Battle On Nintendo Switch
Ronimo Games has teamed up with Engine Software to release Swords and Soldiers II Shawarmageddon on Nintendo Switch, the re-release of their side-scrolling real-time strategy game, Swords and Soldiers II.
Your planning and ability to adapt to what your opponent is doing is important, as you work to gather resources, build units, to then march on your enemies and support them with the spells that you can cast.
This time around, the developer is working to add online multiplayer, improved visuals, additional maps for skirmish and online multiplayer and “extensive improvements” to the campaign.
We were full of praise for the original game, concluding in our Swords and Soldiers II review: “It’s clear that Swords and Soldiers II has been a passion project for Ronimo, painstakingly detailed landscapes matched by a script packed with witty repartee that perfectly suits the game’s riotous cast of characters. The developer’s meticulous work produces an experience that entirely betters the original, even if its resounding battlecry isn’t wholeheartedly triumphant.”
Swords and Soldiers II Shawarmageddon will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
