Numskull Games and Undercoders have revealed that the SuperEpic Badge Edition will soon see release at retail on Nintendo Switch.
The SuperEpic Badge Edition is limited to 5,000 copies on Nintendo Switch and comes with a physical copy of the game and a collector’s display box that contains six high-quality pin badges.
This satirical Metroidvania-style action-adventure game stars a raccoon and a llama, who set out on a quest to save video games.
That will see them ram into Regnantcorp’s headquarters, a video game development company that has managed to make citizens become addicted to their free games.
You must explore their surreal castle-like office to stop them, beating up corporate pigs and other enemies.
There are two modes, whether that be tackling the single-player story mode with its handcrafted levels or the roguelike mode which procedurally generates the game map with each run.
You can also discover hidden QR codes that, when scanned on your mobile, will launch mini-games that will help you uncover secrets in the main game.
SuperEpic is now available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide, with the SuperEpic Badge Edition to release at retail on 20th March 2020.
