Super Mario Make has seen launch success in Japan, securing first place in Media Create’s software sales chart.
The Wii U exclusive helped to boost hardware sales by 10,659 units in comparison to last week, notably seeing it resulting in being the only console to see an uplift – aside from the Xbox One that leapt to 207 sales, from 180 the prior week.
Nintendo 3DS exclusive Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Airou Village DX was the only other new release, selling 59,456 copies to place second. Whereas Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer sold another 20,733 units to comfortably cross overall sales of more than one million copies.
