Marvelous Europe has confirmed that Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson will launch in Europe and Australia on August 27th.

The publisher is rewarding those that pre-order the Nintendo 3DS exclusive with a pack of five collectible art cards “as a thank you gift to all patrons,” which feature high quality artwork of the Yoma bosses that players will square off against.

Continuing directly on from Senran Kagura Burst, Deep Crimson traces the rivalries between the Hanzo and Hebijo Academies. Developer Tamsoft have delivered a new dual character combo system for the sequel, as well as improved graphics and audio, and a co-operative mode that can be played either over a Local Wireless Connection or online.

Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson launches exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Europe and Australia on August 27th, and will be published by XSEED Games in North America.
