Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails slings to Wii U in April

Dakko Dakko will soon score their debut as an official Wii U developer, with Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails now pegged for an April release.

“Scram,” South Wales dialect for a cat scratch, is a character that players will try to save from a legion of evil mice within this furiously frantic shooter, as they navigate environments using the game’s unique rail-riding mechanic.

Inspired by classic 16-bit games such as Gunstar Heroes and Smash TV, a new trailer presents more of what can be expected from this Nintendo eShop title.

Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails will release for Wii U through the Nintendo eShop in April.
