It would appear that Square Enix France have mistakenly revealed the European release date for Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream, Drop, Distance ahead of an official announcement.
On their official online store, they list the anticipated Nintendo 3DS exclusive with a launch date of July 27th 2012, which, once it had been spotted, was quickly altered to Summer 2012.
Having been contacted to clarify the situation, Square Enix France confirmed that the release window remained Summer 2012, and that the title would hit retail between June and August.
Of course, that doesn’t hide the thought that they may have indeed leaked the solidified release date, but we’ll have to await official confirmation before jumping to such conclusion.
