Aksys Games has announced that Little Dragons Café will release on Nintendo Switch, which is the latest game from Harvest Moon and Story of Seasons creator Yasuhiro Wada.
The game’s narrative opens with a twin brother and sister learning to cook and manage a small café under their mother’s guidance. But, when they discover that their mother has fallen into a deep sleep and won’t wake up, a strange old man appears and explains that they must raise a dragon in order to save her.
That will see you embrace your parental instincts and raise your very own dragon, making wise decisions, feeding it properly, and empathetically nurturing it to help it grow to be the strongest that it can be.
Alongside this, you must learn new recipes and master the art of cooking while running the café, exploring the world to discover new ingredients to expand your menu with the tastiest dishes.
“Wada and I have been friends for a decade, and we’ve discussed teaming up on a new IP for about half that time,” Aksys Games founder and CEO Akibo Shieh explained. “It wasn’t until Little Dragons Café that our schedules finally lined up so we were able to work together on a project, and the game has been in development for two years now.”
Little Dragons Café will release for Nintendo Switch worldwdie in Summer 2018.
