Aksys Games has confirmed a release date for Radiant Tale, which is coming to Nintendo Switch later this month.
In this “heartwarming and colourful” otome, Tifalia’s comfortable life is turned upside down after a dragon crashlands into her. She soon encounters CIRCUS, a performance troupe that travels around the world in an effort to save their crown prince.
After delivering a dismal performance, the troupe discovers that Tifalia may be able to help them and recruit her to act as their producer.
Their dysfunctional group includes a crazy dragon who’s more silly than scary, a prickly clown who won’t make you laugh, a mysterious conductor who doesn’t want to use water magic, an acrobat who doesn’t know how to entertain, a drunkard fur ball and an unmotivated leader.
With their new producer, will they ever be able to perform for a crowd and bring down the house or will they always continue to be mediocre?
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
- A glittering and fanciful 3-ring circus adventure!
- From the same character illustrator as Variable Barricade, Kagero Usuba
- Music from ikasumicco, saya and GENIC PALLET highlights the game action
Radiant Tale will release at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 27 July 2023. Those who purchase first-run copies will receive an exclusive set of six full-colour character cards.
