Construct Dungeons In Quest Master On Nintendo Switch

Apogee Entertainment and Skydevilpalm have announced that the dungeon-designing sandbox adventure Quest Master will release on Nintendo Switch.

Promised to deliver “a robust toolset to build retro top-down dungeons,” this intuitive level creator will let you drag-and-drop themed design tiles onto a blank canvas to create your own masterpiece whether that be lava-filled caverns, mountainous overworlds, desert dunes and more.

Whether your creations are designed to be tackled solo or cooperatively with up to three players, you will be able to share them online with others and experience what the world has concocted.

Each masterpiece is as easy or challenging as its creator wishes, whether it be constructed with patience-testing experiences or heroic quests with multiple biomes, bosses to conquer and side missions to complete. That’s while cramming them with such contraptions as flaming traps, levers, timed switches and invisible chests to hunt out.

“Quest Master hands over the controls to the players to make whatever they want,” explains lead developer Julian Creutz. “The possibilities are endless, and we can’t wait to see all kinds of wacky dungeons and full-blown adventures players are able to come up with.”

Quest Master will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2024.
