Pokémon X and Y demo fronts Nintendo’s Gamescom line-up

Having skipped the trade fair last year, Nintendo confirmed back in February that they would be attending this year’s Gamescom and have today confirmed the playable software available to attendees.

Whilst the Wii U plays a large part of the company’s presence, queues will most likely be drawn elsewhere with the announcement that a playable demo will be there for Pokémon X and Y.

Nintendo clarify, “players will be able to sample a short demo that gives a little taste of Kalos, the brand new region in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, and the thrill of battling with new Pokémon.”
