Pokémon GO Update Version 1.1.1 Now Available On iOS

Niantic has released another software update for Pokémon GO, which brings the augmented reality app to version 1.1.1.

This is released days after Version 1.1.0 arrived, and therefore understandably introduces far fewer tweaks and adjustments. Niantic list improvements to performance in Pokémon details and list screens, as well as introducing the “correct link for app upgrade.” Whatever that means.

The update notes outline the following improvements that have been made to Pokémon GO:

  • Performance improvement in Pokémon details and list screens.
  • Correct link for app upgrade.

    1. I have an iPhone and tried running the update for 1.1.1. iTunes shows update available, update is running, and I cannot open it, restart, delete and run the update again. Anyone know if there is a way around this?
