Jupiter has announced that Picross S+ will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch next year.
This has seen the Japanese developer port the nine games from the Picross e series on Nintendo 3DS to the portable home console, preserving them after the handheld’s Nintendo eShop was closed down earlier this year.
After purchasing the base Picross S+ game (£3.99 / $4.99) you will be able to buy Picross e2 through to Picross e9 as downloadable content (£3.99 / $4.99 each).
The developer states that games in the Picross e series were downloaded more than 680,000 times on Nintendo 3DS, with that popularity now having the chance to continue on Nintendo Switch.
Picross S+ will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2024.
