Clouded Leopard Entertainment and Kenei Design have announced that ONI: Road To Be The Mightiest Oni will release on Nintendo Switch, news that was shared in this week’s Indie World showcase.
In this “one-of-a-kind” co-op experience, you play as protagonists Kuuta and Kazemaru at the same time. Kuuta attacks enemies using his club, before Kazemaru sucks their spirits from their bodies before destroying them to claim victory.
Set in Kisejima, you will have the chance to explore three areas in which you will face challenges that range from battling enemies to escort missions. You can also level up by running away from pursuing monsters – like a game of tag – and collect clusters of mushrooms to purchase upgraded clubs.
ONI: Road To Be The Mightiest Oni will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 9th March 2023.
