After two years of helping to connect likeminded gamers across the world StreetPass Network have announced that they have transferred control of their domain to Nintendo of America, moving the site’s content to a new home for posterity.
Nintendo took control after “a collaborative and proactive discussion” with site owner Joshua Lynsen, that saw them moving to protect their intellectual property and StreetPass trademark.
Whilst StreetPass Network will no longer continue, the 149 groups that it comprised of will – representing 58,508 members eager to share their enthusiasm for Nintendo.
