Nintendo now selling refurbished handhelds

Consumers are now able to purchase refurbished consoles through the Nintendo Online Store, it has emerged unannounced.

Currently ranging in price between $99.99 through to £169.98, this sees Aqua Blue and Midnight Purple Nintendo 3DS systems as wel as Metallic Rose and Midnight Blue Nintendo DSi XL systems up for grabs.

Some are bundled alongside games, including The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, and Mario Kart DS.

The product manufacturer clarifies that these “have been cleaned, tested, and inspected to meet Nintendo’s high standards,” coming with a one year warranty but “may have minor cosmetic blemishes.”
