Square Enix has revealed that a new Dragon Quest Monsters game is in development for the Nintendo Switch.
The news was shared alongside a new trailer that was released to celebrate the spin-off series’ 25th anniversary, with the original Dragon Quest Monsters game – which was developed by Tose – having released in Japan for the Game Boy Color way back on 25 September 1998.
Little more was shared about the upcoming game, but the publisher has opened a Dragon Quest Monsters 25th anniversary website to coincide with the announcement.
