n-Space has clarified that they are not currently working on a Call of Duty: Black Ops II instalment for handhelds.

Such news was confirmed by studio president Dan O’Leary, when responding to a fan querying as such on social media site Twitter.

“We have no first-person shooters in development at this time,” O’Leary stated.

n-Space has a long association with developing handheld entries within the Call of Duty franchise, having been responsible for Nintendo DS titles including Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare: Mobilized, Modern Warfare 3: Defiance, World at War and Black Ops.
