Capcom has released a Monster Hunter Stories demo in Japan, allowing fans to catch a glimpse at the adventure that awaits them in the Nintendo 3DS exclusive.
The demo’s arrival was revealed during a stage event at Tokyo Game Show 2016, where the publisher shared that it is divided between the game’s Quest Mode and Tournament Mode.
The Quest Mode, as the name suggests, will let players see what missions the Nintendo 3DS exclusive will send you on, whereas the Tournament Mode will pit you in battles against CPU riders.
As a bonus reward for playing the demo, those that keep their save data can unlock a Nabiru Rider Impersonation costume in the full game on release.
Monster Hunter Stories will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Japan on October 8th.
