Marvel’s Avengers And Final Fantasy VII Remake Headline Square Enix’s Gamescom 2019 Lineup

Square Enix has revealed their plans for Gamescom 2019, at which the Marvel’s Avengers and Final Fantasy VII Remake demos will be playable for the first time in Europe.

The publisher’s booth will be in Hall 9, where Trials of Mana, destined for Nintendo Switch, will have a brand new playable demo that will allow attendees to experience an early section from the RPG remake.

There will also be the chance to take a sneak peek at merchandise prototypes for Final Fantasy VII Remake, and an open demo space to try out Square Enix Products board games.

Gamescom 2019 will take place at the Koelnmesse in Cologne from Tuesday 20th – Saturday 24th August.

Final Fantasy VII Remake

Trials of Mana

Trials of Mana is a full high-definition remake of the third entry in the Mana series, previously released in Japan in 1995 as Seiken Densetsu 3. Trials of Mana tells the story of six heroes in their battle to defeat monsters of destruction trying to take over the world whilst the power of Mana has been weakened. Players can choose between six main characters and supporting allies, the story will play out in different ways depending on the combination of the main character and allies in the party.
