The Nintendo World Championships 2015’s Final Stage saw Cosmo and John Numbers take each other on in Super Mario Maker to be crowned 2015 Nintendo World Champion.
That saw them try to tackle challenging levels designed by Nintendo Treehouse, skinned with Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World and New Super Mario Bros. U.
The Wii U exclusive was revealed in E3 2014’s Nintendo Digital Event, when it was known as Mario Maker. The 2D level creator has since gulped a Super Mushroom, now rebranded as Super Mario Maker with the Italian plumber dropping his usual tools to replace them with a construction kit.
Super Mario Maker will release exclusively for Wii U worldwide in September.
