Majora’s Mask 3D’s terrible fate befalls the world on February 13th

As Nintendo’s end of year surprise, we thought that we’d have to wait longer for The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D‘s eventual launch. But, thankfully not!

Grezzo’s handheld remake of the Nintendo 64 cult classic will arrive alongside the New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL slamming into retail in the west.

That will also be marked with a New Nintendo 3DS XL Majora’s Mask Edition hardware bundle. In Europe that will include a gold New Nintendo 3DS XL embossed with a Majora’s Mask design, a 4GB microSDHC memory card, and The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D pre-installed on the system. That’s mostly the same in North America, although you will have to buy a copy of the game separately – whether that be boxed or digitally through the Nintendo eShop.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D will launch exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Europe and North America on February 13th.
