Capcom chose to spook youngsters over Halloween by running a location test for Luigi Mansion Arcade, with the rather elaborate booth set up between 30th October – 3rd November 2014.

This arcade adaption is reportedly based on Luigi’s Mansion 2, with players making their way through Gloomy Mansion although now in a first-person perspective – although Luigi will make a more direct appearance in cutscenes.

Professor E. Gadd returns to talk you through the tutorial and lend advice, which is especially important considering the controller is shaped like the Poltergust 5000. Players will be required to shake or tug left and right to successfully suck up any ghosts, with the main unit also presenting what is said to be a bomb button.
