Koch Media unveil trio of Nintendo 3DS titles

Koch Media has today confirmed they have signed distribution rights for three Nintendo 3DS titles to be released across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Nordic countries. These include ‘Mahjong 3D: Warriors of the Emperor’, ‘Riding Stables: The Whitakers present Milton and Friends’ and ‘Best Friends: Cats and Dogs 3D’, each to be published by DTP Young Entertainment.

Mahjong 3D: Warriors of the Emperor has been developed by Engine Software and will release in September as part of the Classics To Go range. The timeless Chinese game of skill and strategy receives its very own 3D makeover, featuring more than 80 matches across seven levels along with animated cutscenes telling the story of Emperor Qin Shi Huanngdi. StreetPass features are also incorporated, as well as a level editor.

Riding Stables: The Whitakers present Milton and Friends, due out in October, comes from Smack Down Productions, and promises to bring the joy and excitement of horse care and show jumping to life. Receiving endorsement from Olympic medal winning Whitakers, Britain’s leading show jumping family, the game centres upon Milton, their most famous and beloved horse.

Lastly, Best Friends: Cats and Dogs 3D, developed by Neopica, is scheduled to release in Q1 2012. This 3D pet simulation will allow players to adopt from a selection of pedigree breeds, to then shower them with affection, buying toys, treats and outfits to personalise your faithful pet. The Nintendo 3DS gyrometer will allow you to take them for a walk, whereas StreetPass functionality will provide the opportunity to share gifts with fellow pet owners.
