Modus Games and We Create Stuff have confirmed that the release date for In Sound Mind on Nintendo Switch has been delayed into 2022.
The publisher explains that the decision was made “to ensure maximum psychological unrest upon launch.”
In Sound Mind is a first-person reality-bending psychological thriller that will challenge you to confront unpredictable dangers that stir in an individual’s memories. The gameplay experience has looked to twist “seemingly simple recollections into shocking encounters with terrifying threats, unbelievable scenes, and a mysterious talking cat for good measure.”
Those looking for the game at retailers will be able to find the In Sound Mind Deluxe Edition (£34.99), which includes a copy of the game, the digital soundtrack by The Living Tombstone and a digital artbook.
In Sound Mind will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2022.
