Assemble Entertainment and SenAm Games have announced that their narrative-based investigative noir visual novel Hauma: A Detective Noir Story will release on Nintendo Switch.
You will have the chance to step into the weary, well-trodden shoes of Judith, a former detective who has been roused out of retirement by a harrowing conspiracy perpetuated by the city’s upper echelon.
As you work to track down and interrogate the city’s cabal, you will have the chance to explore real-world locations which are displayed in a distinctive, graphical novel art style.
There you will recover pieces of hidden history and use these clues to probe the mystery within – collecting items, solving puzzles and overcoming dialogue riddles. You will then need to make deductions using the mindboard, which functions like an inventory and holds the items, thoughts and clues that you need to decipher the dark secret that the city’s underbelly hides.
