PM Studios and Flyhigh Works have announced that Goodbye World will release on Nintendo Switch next week, news that was shared in this week’s Indie World showcase.
From developer Yo Fujii and Isolation Studio, you can expect a “story-rich experience” about two friends – programmer Kanii and graphics artist Kumade – who make indie games together. After meeting in college, they are struggling to create a product that sells and spend most of their time working part-time jobs to make ends meet.
Alongside the 13 story chapters, there is an in-game puzzler-platformer called Blocks played by Kanii in which cute animal-like characters must break and pile up blocks – a retro-inspired experience that you will discover the secrets about as the story progresses.
Goodbye World will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 17th November 2022.
