The Pokémon Company International has announced that you can redeem a Mystery Gift code to receive Gastrodon in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
You can enter the password 23WCSGASTR0D0N in the Mystery Gift menu in your game to receive the Sea Slug Pokémon, which is based on the one in Eduardo Cunha’s 2022 Pokémon VGC World Championships winning team.
The female Gastrodon will be Level 50 with a Calm nature and the ability Storm Drain. It has the held item Leftovers and will know the moves Earth Power, Icy Wind, Yawn and Protect.
How to use Mystery Gift in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet
To claim a Mystery Gift in-game, you can follow these steps:
- Launch your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.
- Press the X Button.
- Select Poké Portal
- Select Mystery Gift.
- Select Get with Code/Password as required.
- Enter 23WCSGASTR0D0N as your Code/Password.
- Watch as your Mystery Gift arrives
- Remember to Save your game!
