Game Freak’s Pocket Card Jockey Saddles Up In May

Solitaire meets horse racing in Pocket Card Jockey, a Nintendo 3DS exclusive from the developers at Game Freak.

The game sees players in the role of a jockey, who has to take part in a fast-paced simplified version of Solitaire to spur their horse through competitive races. As cards are cleared, players will earn Unity Power which can be used to move your horse on the track or saved for a momentous boost to carry you toward the finish line.

Horses must be levelled through strategic placement on the track, with their stats increasing over time as they level up. Trophies will lure in sponsors, while older horses will soon have to be retired and can mate with others in your stable.

Pocket Card Jockey will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in North America in May.
