Free 3D Classics Excite Bike to be offered with Nintendo 3DS’ May update

During its earnings briefing in Tokyo, Nintendo have confirmed that they are to offer Nintendo 3DS owners a 3D Classics version of Excite Bike – due to be distributed as a free download alongside the late May firmware update for the handheld.

Alongside this, Nintendo President and CEO Satoru Iwata commented that the company would look into broadening the 3DS Virtual Console beyond simply offering Game Boy and Game Boy Color titles, expanding it to encompass other platforms down the line.

  1. definetly NES and Super NES since it has the same controllers, any other such as N64, Gamecube and Wii would be great if we can pair the wireless controllers.
