Fractal Phase has confirmed a release date for Flying Neko Delivery, which is coming to Nintendo Switch.
You play as the feline witch Onigiri, who lives in a cottage deep within a forest and uses her broomstick to deliver packages. That’s exactly what you will be doing in the game, exploring new worlds, foraging plants and fungi and meeting quirky villagers as you make your deliveries.
The money that you earn can be used to buy furniture and to customise your cottage, and you can unlock new abilities and upgrades for your broomstick. Whereas delivering packages to the same villager will deepen your relationship with them, becoming close friends presenting the chance to unlock rewards.
The developer has outlined the game’s key features as below:
- Fly: Deliver packages on a flying broomstick which you can upgrade. Simple and forgiving controls let you enjoy flying without worrying about crashing or combat. Explore diverse worlds and forage wild plants along the way!
- Decorate: Return to your cottage to cook food, craft upgrades, and unlock new abilities. Express yourself by decorating the cottage with customizable furniture. Shop for new furniture while you’re out on deliveries!
- Become friends: Delivering packages to the same villager deepens your relationship with them. Become close friends to unlock rewards and open portals to new worlds!
Flying Neko Delivery will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 20 October 2022.
