As part of a partnership between Nintendo and the multi-award winning Aardman Animations, the Nintendo Video service is to play home to fifteen episodes that are due to be released on a weekly basis entirely for free.

You’ll be able to join Shaun, Timmy, Bitzer, the Farmer and the flock each week, with the first episode seeing the gang head out for a picnic, only to be hampered by the Farmers fishing trip in the adjacent field.

To view the Shaun the Sheep episodes, Nintendo 3DS owners are required to download the free Nintendo Video application available through the Nintendo eShop.
