Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have announced a Fire Emblem Expo that will be held in Japan early next year, although, at this point, details remain light.
We know that it will take place on Saturday 4th May 2019, but no more beyond that aside from that more news about it will be shared in mid-December.

That being said, Fire Emblem: Three Houses is nearing release. The traditional turn-based tactical RPG was shown at E3 2018, taking place in Fódlan where the Church of Seiros exercises great power over the land and its people.
We haven’t seen it since, and, with a Spring 2019 release window, the Fire Emblem Expo would be the perfect chance to let those in Japan play the game before (or perhaps even after) it launches.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses will release exclusively for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Spring 2019.
