Epic Games and Mediatonic have confirmed a release date for Fall Guys on Nintendo Switch, which has now become a free-to-play game.

With crossplay and cross-progression across all platforms thanks to Epic Online Services, you will be able to compete against players from around the world in the massively multiplayer party game’s “most jam-packed and blunderful season yet.” That will start with Season 1: Free For All, which will challenge you to compete in a giant arena for ultimate glory in brand-new events and locations.

Fall Guys has proven a breakout success on PlayStation 4 and PC, seeing up to 60 players compete online in “ridiculous challenges and wild obstacle courses.” Shoving your way through the unruly competition, your efforts in competitive free-for-all and cooperative games will either end in hilarious failure or reward you with the opportunity to claim the crown as you bend, bounce and bash your way to victory.

“To thank the global community of Fall Guys players for their support of the game since it launched, we’re rewarding existing players with the Legacy Pack, which contains a bunch of spangly cosmetic items and the first Season Pass for free,” Epic Games explains. “The Season Pass is a new, supercharged version of the game’s free progression path that can be purchased with the new in-game currency, Show-Bucks. The game’s free progression path will remain in place, along with the existing currency, Kudos.”

Fall Guys will be available as a free download digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 21st June 2022.
